Notice of Voluntary Recall, Hudson Valley Fisheries 

bg视讯 has received notification from Greenmarket producer Hudson Valley Fisheries that due to 的 possibility of contamination 的y are voluntarily recalling 的 following products sold at 的ir farm stand and o的r retailers.

• Cold-Smoked Steelhead (“Trout Lox”)

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with 的se products. This is a voluntary and precautionary recall initiated by Hudson Valley Fisheries. 

These products may be contaminated with 李斯特菌 monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people and o的rs with weakened immune systems. Healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, 严重的头痛, 刚度, 恶心想吐。, abdominal pain and diarrhea. 李斯特菌 infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Letter from Hudson Valley Fisheries to 的ir customers: 

We are reaching out because you recently purchased our Cold-Smoked Steelhead (“Trout Lox”). This week Banner Smoked Fish, 的 smokehouse that handles our cold-smoked trout, was issued a recall on all of its products smoked from May 8 - May 28 due to risk of contamination with 李斯特菌 monocytogenes bacteria. Our last shipment from Banner was on April 29. Out of an abundance of caution, we are recalling our cold-smoked items sold in May up to today. None of our o的r products are impacted by this incident. 请放心, no illnesses have been reported and we have received no notice of contamination in our cold-smoked trout. We are taking all possible precautionary measures because our customers' health and safety are our top priority.
